Welcome to the website of the Divine Word Missionaries, (Societas Verbi Divini - SVD) of the Botswana Province. Presently the province encompasses three countries: Botswana, Zambia and South Africa - a huge territory stretching for more than 2.000 km, being part of the great Kalahari Desert.
It is a place of incredible natural beauty and cultural richness of People of many tribes and origins.

In this part of  Africa we are trying to proclaim the Incarnate Word that became one of us for our salvation and Who sends us to His mission.
The reality of faith is there but the knowledge of Christ is still very limited.
